About Me
I have a background in graphic design, advertising, public relations and marketing. I earned my Bachelors in Advertising from Texas State University with a minor in Communication Design and my Masters in Advertising from The University of Texas.
I currently am the Marketing Manager at Epicom Corporation, a Customer Relationship Management software company focused on custom development and integration. Since joining Epicom I have implemented various marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, establish recurring communication among customers and prospects, and develop a solid marketing strategy.
Prior to Epicom, I worked as the Regional Public Affairs Coordinator for the Muscular Dystrophy Association in Houston. While there I wrote press releases, newsletters, and human interest stories in addition to designing graphics and logos. After my time at MDA, I worked as a freelance designer and was responsible for marketing communication for several Austin companies. My work portfolio consists of web development and design, production of marketing material, logo and ad design, billboards, newsletters, and brand management.
